About the opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to lead a new development in North Yorkshire. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a remote team of Sales Executives to meet Business Unit targets.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop Sales Executives, ensuring annual development plans are in place.
  • Drive sales targets and KPIs across sales, customer service, and CRM (Dynamics database).
  • Serve as the primary communication link between internal teams and external agencies.
  • Provide expertise on customer purchasing, market conditions, and sales forecasting.
  • Manage external media, presentations, legal, and lending agencies in line with business goals and standards.
  • Support market research and collaborate on release prices with the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Ensure customer enquiries and purchasing are in line with business unit plans.
  • Prioritize health and safety for staff, customers, and others on-site.
  • Follow company procedures and performance standards.
  • Propose commission targets and approve monthly commission submissions.
  • Lead sales for a new housing development in North Yorkshire and drive leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations.
  • Work closely with the local support team for seamless marketing and sales administration.
  • Resolve challenges and achieve sales targets.

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £60k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
