A motivated and driven Sales Development Representative is needed to join a fast-growing EdTech company, Pass, on a full-time basis. With an uncapped commission structure, this role offers significant earning potential, with first-year earnings expected to exceed £35,000, and top performers surpassing £40,000.

As a leading provider of educational software and exam services in the UK, the work with a wide range of organisations, including the NHS, Police, Manchester City Football Club, Ford, and many other businesses across the public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and convert leads through a bespoke CRM system
  • Handle both inbound and outbound leads, moving them through the sales pipeline
  • Engage with training providers via phone and email outreach to secure demos and contracts
  • Make 150 calls per day, speaking with approximately 30 decision-makers
  • Maintain an organised sales pipeline, scheduling follow-ups to maximise conversions and commission earnings
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to company-wide success
