Temporary Contract - Application Operative / Production Support
Location: Harrogate
Contract: Temporary (5 months, possibly extended) starting May 2025
Salary: 12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to 12.82 per hour thereafter

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heat press machines
Pick and pack orders with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Assist in our busy production area and support team members.
Perform general factory duties, including lifting and physical tasks.
Ensure high standards of production and quality control are maintained.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred.
Knowledge of print and/or heat press operations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality results.
Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Working Hours & Shifts:
3 days per week (37.5 hours)
Shift patterns available:
Sunday to Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Wednesday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Pay:
12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to 12.82 per hour thereafter.
