This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to work for this highly respected Harrogate business. This is a varied Internal Sales role, with responsibility for lead generation, account management, wider sales support and customer visits. Our client is looking for experience gained within a similar Sales or Business Development role, with excellent commercial acumen and a proactive approach. This company have won awards within their sector for the work that they do and are widely recognised as a leader in terms of the levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will reach out to new and current clients, promoting and selling the products of this company, understanding customer needs

  • You will run through the full quotation process with customers, working with budgets, negotiating and following up on quotations
  • You will research business sectors and locations to look at new potential growth areas for the company
  • You will visit customers to ensure their sales needs are met, constantly looking at further product growth for them and upselling at every opportunity
  • You will develop your own strategy and will be tenacious in your approach with customers, working to KPI's and targets within your role
  • Keeping the CRM system updated at all times to ensure accurate information and data is stored
  • Assessing and keeping customers fully updated of any possible market changes or external influences which may impact

  • A highly experienced candidate who can demonstrate a strong business development, sales and account management background with excellent commercial acumen
  • Someone who will enjoy both the proactive and reactive element to this role and embrace both aspects
  • A tenacious approach, focused on outcomes with all of your work
  • You will be focused on excellent levels of customer satisfaction and will develop a detailed understanding of Clad Safety's service and product offering
  • You will be commercially astute, understanding the breadth of opportunity that your role can create and the difference your role makes on the wider sales
  • Able to work to KPIs within your role
  • Excellent communication skills, able to "think on your feet" during customer conversations with the aim of being proactive in your approach
