Are you looking for a role within the property sector? We are recruiting for a well organised facilities coordinator to join our client based in Harrogate Town Center. You’ll be working within a small team ensuring all properties are being run correctly and organising contractors for any work needed.

Responsibilities: • Dealing with client queries via phone and email • Manage repair/project work on properties through to completion • Update clients on any delays • Dealing with 3rd party contractors and suppliers • Work regularly with the accounts, plus adhoc holiday cover (training provided) • Helping with monthly reporting • Ensuring annual checks are completed

Requirements: • Experience in a similar role, desired but not essential • Customer Service and Admin skills• Experience in a fast-paced role • IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel

Benefits: • Salary between £23,000 - £26,000, depending on experience • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays • Christmas office closure • Statutory pension scheme
