Property Maintenance Coordinator required to work for a highly established business in Harrogate! Impression Recruitment are partnering with our client who supply high level services to their clients across multiple sites! They now require an onsite Property Maintenance Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. You will be the main point of contact for any maintenance queries and requests, ensuring that maintenance requirements are carried out effectively on site, whilst also coordinating any external works that are required with subcontractors. Property Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring general property maintenance tasks are completed across the site effectively.
  • Carry our minor repairs that are required on site such as electrical and plumbing issues.
  • Schedule the completion of works by subcontracts when required.
  • Completing on site risk assessments.
  • Completing daily maintenance checks across the site.
  • Manage contractor relations and obtaining quotes for best pricing.
  • Ensuring any on site machinery/equipment is maintained effectively.
  • Ensure the timely completion of checks such as fire safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that company vehicles are maintained.
Skills Required:
  • Experience of working within a property maintenance position.
  • Experience of working with safety regulations.
  • Ability to communicate with external parties (subcontractors and suppliers).
In return you will receive a salary of circa £26,000 per annum alongside some excellent benefits such as free on site food, wellbeing perks, access to healthcare plans and high street discount schemes!
