About the Role:

This is a pivotal time to join us as we launch our Be Curious curriculum, crafted to spark curiosity and confidence in young minds. In this role, you'll support the growth and development of both our team and the little ones we care for!

Our two-storey nursery accommodates up to 146 children and features multiple beautifully designed nursery rooms, each with its unique character.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years (EY)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality childcare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Drive excellence and motivate your team to achieve their best.
  • Quality Improvement: Enhance educational programs (EYFS) and operational processes.
  • Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring adherence to all regulations (Ofsted, EYFS framework).
  • Financial Oversight: Effectively manage budgets and resources.
  • Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
  • Professional Development: Foster team growth through training and development to ensure exceptional care.
