While the firm appreciates teamwork, your role will require you to operate with minimal supervision, fostering both your skills and independence. You will join a team of eight, which includes two directors and two fee earners, with each having their own dedicated assistant.To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 PQE. Your capability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a range of cases will be crucial, as will be your friendly nature that aligns with the team's ethos.
