My client is searching for an experienced Project Architect to join their award-winning team in Harrogate. The practice produces high-quality designs across the Industrial, Residential and Commercial sectors and always exceed customer expectations. My client has an excellent reputation for encouraging career development and progression.

The successful Project Architect will have sufficient post Part 3 experience and should have strong technical abilities alongside creative design flare. You will be comfortable running projects through all RIBA stages and will have excellent Revit knowledge.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Sufficient post Part 3 experience
  • ARB registered and the relevant Part 1, 2 and 3 degrees/accreditations
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Confident working through all RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Harrogate
