What We're Looking For:?? Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)?? Passion for Montessori education and outdoor learning?? A nurturing, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach?? Knowledge of EYFS and best practices in early years education
Your Role:�? Create engaging, child-led learning experiences using Montessori principles�? Support children's development through nature and outdoor exploration�? Help maintain a warm, family-like atmosphere for children, families, and staff?? Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and dedicated team
