Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for children in nursery settings, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work as part of a team to support the daily running of the nursery.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Flexibility and reliability to work on a supply basis across different days and settings.
