Teaching Assistant (TA) for Alternative Provision (AP) in Harrogate Position: Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Harrogate, UK Salary: 85 - 95 per day Are you enthusiastic about supporting students in an Alternative Provision (AP) setting? Our educational institution in Harrogate is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of individual education plans for students in the AP. Support students in their academic and emotional development, providing guidance and encouragement. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Help to manage behaviour and provide pastoral care to students as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a similar setting is advantageous. A caring and patient approach towards working with students facing challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
