The practice is looking for a creative and dedicated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Harrogate. The successful candidate will support the design and execution of diverse architectural projects from inception to completion. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Our client also supports its team members through their Academy, which aids candidates in pursuing RIBA and CIAT qualifications. The Academy offers resources, mentoring, and a sense of solidarity, helping staff prepare for exams and professional registrations.
Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification.
- Proficiency in Revit would be highly desirable, alongside other industry standard software's.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Assist in developing design concepts and detailed architectural solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals using Revit/ CAD and other design software.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and visualisations.
- Participate in site visits and client meetings.
- Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
