An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business and Events Administrator to join an ambitious and supportive business in Harrogate. This varied role offers the chance to be at the heart of the company’s operations, supporting events, projects, and business administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, from coordinating events and managing administrative tasks to assisting with digital content.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide event and project management support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and database management.
  • Hotel and travel booking, organising workbooks and dietary requirements.
  • Assist with social media updates and content scheduling.
  • Support the editing and publishing of podcasts and videos.
  • Upload and manage blog posts on WordPress.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the team on new initiatives to support business growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business support or events role.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
