We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic, private equity-backed corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for board packs, consolidating data for board reports, and managing complex diaries. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Create and refine PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, ensuring they are clear, impactful, and professionally presented.
  • Consolidate various data points into cohesive and comprehensive board reports.
  • Manage complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring all necessary materials are ready and available.
  • Act as a point of contact between senior executives and other stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in environments requiring high-level board interaction.
  • Could suit an ambitious intelligent graduate / Senior Administrator
  • Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong ability to consolidate and report data effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
