We are seeking Production Operatives for 12-hour day shifts at a food manufacturing company in Harrogate.
The pay rate for this position is £12.16 per hour, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.
Candidates should ideally have experience in a food manufacturing environment, but full training is provided.
The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods, attention to detail, and a reliable commitment to the shift pattern.
Own transport is essential due to the location, and the company offers benefits such as additional leave and a company pension.

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work 12 Hour Day Shifts to join a progressive food manufacturing company based in Harrogate. For the right candidate this could lead to a permanent role too!!! Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

Shift Available: Monday Thursday 6am 6pm (0600-1800), x2 30 min break
Pay Rate: £12.16 per hour

As Production Operative you will be working in a 100% allergen free factory with the following duties:

Loading machines with raw ingredients
Product assembly on the line
Packing of finished products
Quality checking at all stages of production
Ensuring correct product labelling
Working clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene standards

We are really keen to hear from Production Operatives with the following skills:

Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment as a Production Operative ideally however full training is provided
Physically able to stand for long periods
Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products
Looking for a long-term position
Reliable and able to commit to the relevant shift pattern
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment working to production targets
A positive and can-do attitude with ability to work independently or as part of a team
Demonstrate strong communication skills. (Basic English language required)
Own transport is essential due to location
