The role involves contributing to the efficient running of the production process, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Handle and prepare materials as required for production processes.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Pack, label, and organise products for distribution.
Follow all production schedules and instructions to meet targets and deadlines.
Support with stock management and inventory control when necessary.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

Experience & Skills Required:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role.
A strong attention to detail and the ability to perform quality checks with accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of health and safety procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and duties as required.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

As the successful Production Operative, you will earn £12.16 per hour and will be employed initially on a temporary basis with a view to being employed on a permanent basis within 13 weeks. You'll work 6am - 6pm four days a week spread across Monday to Friday (no night or weekend work), then you'll enjoy three days off!With the right application there is the potential to quickly progress into a Team Leader position and you'll also have the added benefit of free food available every day.
