About the role
The Commercial Operations Coordinator / Hotel Distribution Coordinator is a very specific role that supports our HQ Commercial team by maintaining accurate, consistent, and timely loading of rates, availability, and restrictions across all market segments and channels, while maintaining data integrity and ensuring brand standards on distribution systems and partners. In addition to these key responsibilities, the individual will provide support to a wider range of systems and applications, including PMS, Kiosk, app, brand website.
What we are looking for
- Hospitality background Front Office or Reservations experience.
- Hotel revenue management experience a plus
- Opera Cloud PMS experience
- Demonstrate excellent written English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 360 software.
