They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the organisation, ideally based in their Harrogate office. This is a full-time, permanent role, attracting a salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and a suite of benefits.
You will have full autonomy in the day-to-day running of the business, take on management responsibilities, and play a key role in the growth and future direction of the broker. Alongside overseeing operations, you will also manage and develop a book of business, ensuring exceptional service to clients.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in dealing with Commercial Business Insurance
- Natural flair for business development through relationship building
- Knowledge of commercial products and the insurance market
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of client retention
- Passion for customer service and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Acturis
