Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a forward thinking business based in Harrogate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Analyse financial data and identify areas for process improvement
- Preparation of statutory accountants
- Work closely with external auditors and collaborate on audit documentation requirements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting guidelines, including statutory audits
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified Finance Manager / Financial Controller
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information simply and clearly
