Do you want to be part of a company that is rapidly growing and assist in the development of the finance team?As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finances of the company.Skills Required:* Part or fully qualified, AAT Level 3 minimum* Experience of Xero* Advanced Excel skills* Strong communication skills* Ability to direct and delegate* Ability to analyse data* Experience within the healthcare sector desirable* Strong attention to detailKey responsibilities:* Maintaining the Xero general ledger* Preparation of month end management accounts* Monitoring invoice financing and debtors ledgers and credit control* Prepare and review margin reports and identify corrective action* Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement and be able to communicate to senior management* Prepare monthly forecasting and annual budgets* Prepare annual statutory accounts* Work with other business departments to drive business performance* To review and implement effective processesIn return you will be offered:* Salary £43,000-£48,000* Opportunity to develop and grow the finance department* Fun and vibrant working environment* Working hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm
