You'll oversee everything from management accounts and payroll to tax compliance and audits, while also advising senior leadership on strategic decisions, system improvements, and potential acquisitions. There's a small, capable team in place, but they need a leader who can bring structure, clarity, and commercial focus.

You'll be working directly with the senior leadership team, providing financial insight and ensuring key business decisions are backed by robust data.
