A national Wealth Management business are seeking a Head of Operations to join their growing business.The role is available due to promotion internally. The primary objective of the role is to ensure a robust, operationally efficient environment that meets its Regulatory obligations , the Operations team has strict rules it must follow in relation to managing client money where the CASS rules must be followed at all times.Responsibilities include;
- Leading the strategic delivery and optimisation of Operations
- Working cross functionally with Group functions
- Oversight and management of day-to-day Business Operations across
- Providing advice and guidance to management to assist them in embedding appropriate training and development
The successful applicant;
- Experience in a Senior Operations position within a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of CASS 6 & CASS 7 rule & regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
