The Role: As part of an experienced Adviser Support team supporting a group of high-performing Financial Planners you will deal with all administrative matters (inclusive of client queries). Duties include:
- Liaising with policy providers
- Updating and maintaining client records
- Processing new business applications
- Fund switches

The Person: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA Administration experience of Pensions and Investments workloads who is looking for a professional, client-centric proposition where the client relationship is paramount. It will suit a technically astute Adviser Support specialist who enjoys working alongside advisers in a consultative manner:
- Required: 2+ years Admin Support experience in an IFA and/or wealth manager
- Required: Product awareness inclusive of investments, pensions, protection and IHT planning/trust work
- Preferable: Avelo Exchange and Iress Database system experience
