Trainee Paraplanner

Location: Harrogate, Full-time, Office-based

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 p/a

We are currently looking for a meticulous and organised Trainee Paraplanner to join our client's team. Our client is a small, Independent Financial Advisers with an excellent reputation and the backing of a FTSE100 corporation. They provide Independent Financial Advice to clients across the North of England, in a holistic and conscientious manner.

As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will be an essential part of our financial services team, assisting in the preparation and implementation of financial plans for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collating and processing financial information for new and existing clients.
  • Follow a regulated compliance process to facilitate new business.
  • Assess clients current financial arrangements and their current suitability against their needs and objectives.
  • Produce necessary reports to complete new business, including Suitability Reports and other technical documentation to support a regulated process.
  • Liaise with Product Providers and clients.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks.

Skills:

  • Desire to build a career in financial services
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
