Air Tightness Consultant

My client offers comprehensive air-tightness testing services for domestic and commercial developers. They provide valuable pre-test planning and guidance to ensure that buildings comply with regulatory standards. Moreover, they hold accreditation from UKAS, ATTMA, and RIBA, demonstrating their dedication to quality and expertise in the industry.

Requirements:

  • ATTMA Level 2 certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in air tightness or a related field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
  • Possession of a full UK driver's license
  • Proficiency in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments.
  • Collaborating directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Preparing and structuring reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases.
  • Regularly attending meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections.
