Building Services Revit Technician

A capable Building Services Revit Technician is being sought to join a talented team working in Harrogate.

The role focuses on producing high-quality Revit models for MEP services and contributing to the BIM strategy for projects primarily in residential sector with a growing number of novel commercial schemes.

If you are a Building Services Revit Technician, it's a fantastic opportunity to use your technical skills and client-facing experience to help build a relatively new business grow at an accelerated pace with your own career.

For your application to be successful, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

• Experience: Strong experience as a Revit Technician, specifically within the MEP sector.
• Skills: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a focus on MEP services. The ability to produce detailed and coordinated 3D models for building services.
• Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality, coordinated Revit models for MEP systems.
• Work alongside architects, engineers, and project teams to support project delivery.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of drawings, models, and schedules.
• Support project teams with model reviews, clash detection, and updates as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Client Interaction: Confident in liaising with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
