HR Administrator , 6 month contract, Harrogate

Are you wanting to work for an award winning charity? If so, we are recruiting for A Not for Profit charity in Harrogate for a full time HR Administrator for a 6 month’s maternity contract. This is a fixed term 6 month contract, however it is likely that the position could be offered on a temp-permanent basis or the contract may be extended beyond the 6 months term due to growth of the charity.

The main aim is to provide administrative support within their HR and Admin department.

To be considered you should have some office experience, be well organised, IT literate and be able to start on the 25th March.

Duties:

• Ability to interpret and present statistical information clearly using tables and charts

• Assists with recruitment advertising to include website updating and uploading of advert to a variety of advertising platforms

• Support the interview process to include interview set up, confirmation of appointments and scheduling of video conferencing calls • Produces accurate recruitment correspondence and documentation

• Undertakes all necessary pre-employment checks including, DBS clearance, references and medical questionnaire follow-ups and ensures these are documented on the recruitment checklist and collated in an electronic personnel file

Requirements

• IT literacy is essential including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good communication skills -written and verbal

• Eye for detail

• Able to work in a team environment

• Office administration experienced, training will be provided
