Nursery Room Leader - Role Overview:As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in leading a team of practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and development for the children. You will create a stimulating and inclusive setting, fostering strong relationships with both children and parents.
Nursery Room Leader - Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of practitioners, ensuring a high-quality early years provision
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Promote a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on children's progress
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining the highest safeguarding standards
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior nursery practitioner role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for early years education and child development
- Knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS framework
