  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is essential.
  • A forklift licence, or experience operating FLT – Additional £1,000 with FLT licence.
  • UK resident residing within commutable distance to Harrogate (not public transport)

  • A strong focus on health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • HACCP knowledge.
 The Role:We’re searching for Production Operatives to join a growing FMCG manufacturing team who recognises and rewards individuals whilst providing an excellent and safe working environment. You’ll get to work across the entire production operation and operate various machinery, whilst performing routine maintenance, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner. You will work across both day & night shift pattern that gives you 7 shifts in a 2-week period and every other weekend off! Ideally you will have a valid forklift licence, however experience in operating FLT will also be considered. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Uphold high standards of safety and hygiene, following all relevant procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and ensure product quality, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Perform routine maintenance and machine changeovers to keep operations running smoothly.
