It is all about generating high-value valuations and lettings for the company. You'll be actively pursuing new leads, inspiring and managing the lettings team, and expertly managing your schedule to maximise office resources. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service, you'll forge strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

The package

• Up to £35,000 basic salary per annum + up to £10,000 OTE
• Up to £3,600 car allowance per annum
• Monday to Friday 09:00 17:30, with morning meetings to be organised from 08:45 + 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The role

• Actively pursue new business opportunities and develop marketing plans to attract landlords and tenants.
• Generate leads through collaboration with third-party suppliers like insurance and utility companies.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports aligned with KPIs to inform senior management.
• Conduct in-branch training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures from application registration to post-move-in processes.
• Maintain records of all interactions and transactions in the designated software system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Oversee checklist and documentation completion for legal compliance.
• Uphold compliance with The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice and industry standards.
• Handle ad hoc requests from senior management.

The person

• Prior experience within the UK estate agency sector.
• In-depth knowledge of lettings regulations and legal obligations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in business development and meeting sales goals.
• Capability to lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Expertise in using relevant software systems and technology.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications, such as ARLA Propertymark membership or equivalent (desirable).
