Application Operative / Heat Press Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heat press machines and screen print machinery.
- Pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and check stock levels.
- Serve customers in our busy showroom with a friendly and professional approach.
- Perform general factory duties, including some heavy lifting.
- Work in a team environment, ensuring high standards of production and quality control.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working in a factory or production environment.
- Knowledge of print and/or heat press is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with order processing and stock management.
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Shift pattern may be implemented starting in February so we would require candidates that can be flexible
Location: Harrogate, HG2 postcode
Salary:
- Starting at 23,000 - 24,500 during probation, with the potential for a salary increase after 6 months based on performance.
Contract: Permanent
