We are recruiting for a HR Administrator, to support the HR Manager within the group of large Geotechnical Companies. This is a full on supportive role and requires the successful person to be organised, efficient and the ability to handle confidential data with full professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and book mandatory training for the Business for new and current employees.

Manage the training platform, this includes enrolling new starters, generating reports, and actioning leavers.

Coordinate and manage Mental Health First Aid Training - this will require liaising with the SHEQ Manager.

Arrange security passes and also specific DBS checks for relevant employees.

Complete pre-qualification questionnaire, including policies, staff numbers and reporting.

Ensure all are compliant with GDPR, and all new employees meet right to work checks.

Facilitate drug and alcohol testing as and when required for site employees.

Ensure HR policies are reviewed and signed off in a timely manner to comply with audits.

Assist department managers with recruitment, receive and manage applications.

Arrange interviews.

Manage offers, start dates, screening and all relevant checks in line with new starter policy.

Manage the in-house HR system.

Maintain logbooks to track HR events and activities.

Administration duties of the employee benefits platform.

Prepare letters - linked to annual review, salary, milestone employment dates, TUPE, maternity, resignation, exit agreements and many more.

General support for the HR Manager based in their Harrogate office.

This role will suit someone with HR experience within an administration capacity, who is keen to progress, potentially holds a level 3 CIPD or working towards it.

This role is full-time based in Harrogate, but does offer 2-3 days of hybrid working.
