A brand new role for a fast paced business of approx 1300 employees across Yorkshire Sites. You will report into the Head of HR working in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR.

Description
- Provide comprehensive HR advice
- Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and absence management
- Coach, guide and upskill managers
- Stakeholder management
- Implement and review HR policies and procedures
- HR reporting/date, supporting with implementation of new HRIS
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR projects
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Maintain confidential employee records
- Assist in the delivery of HR-related training
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Professional experience in a HR role within a fast paced environment working in a small HR team
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
- A proven track record in managing employee relations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Job Offer
- Salary of between 32,000 and 35,000 per annum
