We're working with a well-established organisation in Harrogate who are looking to add a HR Assistant to their team.

Description
What you'll be doing:
Supporting across the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, contract changes, leavers
First point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers
Assisting with ER casework and note-taking in meetings
Helping with recruitment admin, interview coordination and new starter paperwork
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR system
Supporting payroll and benefits processes
Profile
HR Assistant - What they're looking for:
Previous experience in a HR support role (ideally within a busy HR team)
A good understanding of HR processes and best practice
CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (Level 5 a bonus)
Confident communicator and team player with strong attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office and HR systems

HR Assistant - What's on offer:
Salary between 28,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)
