Location: Harrogate
Salary: £27,000 + Monthly Bonus

We are recruiting for an exciting Account Manager role within a vibrant Harrogate-based business. This full-time, permanent position involves managing a large portfolio of existing accounts, fostering relationships, and creating opportunities to cross-sell and upsell. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large group of existing accounts
• Handle inbound sales calls
• Make proactive sales calls to existing accounts
• Process online and verbal orders
• Create and send quotations
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:

• Previous account management or sales experience
• Strong telephony skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
• IT literate
