We are currently recruiting for a well-established law firm in Harrogate that is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic residential conveyancing team.The Role:As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. - Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing clear and timely updates to clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and dealing with exchange and completion.
- Utilising case management systems to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and regulations.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Proficiency in case management systems and IT literacy.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
