Our client and its commercial team are looking for a 5PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding firm.
You will work on a large range of clients nationally advising on:
? Advise on wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and other significant business transactions
? Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements with clients ? Help meet fee-earning income targets
? Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions
? Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction ? Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- You must be a team player with a hunger to succeed and drive the commercial department forwards via client scale up, networking and business development.
The person
? 5 years PQE
? Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law
? Excellent client management skills
? Ability to work as part of a team and nurture those around you
? Ready to hit the ground running
