A well-established law firm is looking to expand its Private Client department and is seeking an experienced and ambitious Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE) or Legal Executive (5+ years) to join its thriving team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and inheritance tax issues
Draft trust documents, powers of attorney, and other related legal documents

Handle trusts and estates, offering expert guidance to clients on complex legal matters

Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
Extensive experience in handling a wide range of private client work
Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with clients empathetically
Ability to handle inheritance tax considerations, draft legal documents, and manage trusts
