You will manage your own private client matters across wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, and court of protection and you will be proactive on the business development/marketing front. You will be a qualified solicitor (NQ and upwards) and you must have solid private client experience. If you are an NQ solicitor, you must have completed a seat in private client during your training.
