Warehouse / Operations Manager - Harrogate - £50k basic plus bonus and excellent benefits.
Our client is a well-established supplier of workwear, uniform and PPE solutions based near Harrogate, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Operations Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the Warehouse Team (goods-in, picking, and dispatching orders) operate as a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing unit.
- Leading and motivating a dedicated team every day.
- Coaching your team to take ownership and pride in their work.
- Developing a high-energy, results-driven environment where staff are engaged and motivated.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Have ability to train, develop, and mentor team members
- Able to build a strong, high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
