This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including general office duties and specific responsibilities in health, safety, and HR administration. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in HR-related administration such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and managing staff inquiries.
  • Support health and safety initiatives, including maintaining compliance records and coordinating health and safety meetings.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and provide logistical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
