Are you an experienced Administrator who is looking to join a market-leading, multi-award winning brand where you can enjoy stability and longevity? If so, this could be the opportunity for you! Impression Recruitment are delighted to be searching for a dedicated Operations Administrator on behalf of a reputable client located in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and contribute to their continued success, providing lots of variation in day-to-day duties. As administrative support, you will be the backbone of key departments, ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities as Operations Administrator will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, managing access, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Providing essential administrative support to the Production and Engineering teams.
  • Maintaining open and efficient communication lines, including managing email inboxes, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Taking ownership of the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, products, PPE, laundry services etc.
  • Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and ready for use.
  • Assisting site visits by organising travel, accommodation, and catering.
  • Providing additional administrative support across other key areas of the business.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfort in working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to find solutions to any issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability of effectively liaising with colleagues at all levels.
As the successful Operations Administrator, you will receive a salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday.
