Our established, fast growing client based in Harrogate is looking to recruit a Scheduler on a full time, permanent basis!

About the Role: SchedulerOur client is searching for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join their dynamic Service Team. This pivotal role supports a nationwide network of field engineers, administrators, account managers, and department heads in ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficient Scheduling: Plan and coordinate Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) and other service appointments to optimise time and minimise travel for field engineers.
  • Compliance Oversight: Verify asset records to ensure customers remain compliant with regulations and legal guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to provide clients with real-time updates and assist engineers in managing their daily schedules.
  • Problem-Solving: Adapt schedules dynamically to accommodate unexpected availability or emergencies.
  • System Management: Utilise scheduling and vehicle tracking software to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
 Required Skills: While comprehensive training is provided, successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics management.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in IT tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of UK geography and transport routes (advantageous not essential).
