They are seeking to appoint an Experienced Fit Out site Manager with a solid back ground of refurbishment works in Live Environments.
Scope of work's Full Internal Refurbishment of The Office Block with scope for limited external works.
Duties, Close Client Interface, ensuring sub contractors follow the monitoring procedure. Health and Safety on Site, ordering materials via the Company Buyer's.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Required.
