Site Manager - Temp to Perm

Working with a main contractor we are recruiting for an experienced Manager to join the Site Team on this new build scheme based in Harrogate valued at 2.5 million.
This is the first of a series of projects in the area and could lead to a more permanent position for the right candidate.
The Scheme
Internal strip out an refurbishment of a 20 year old office block into a modern works space.
Works will include new M&E systems, construction of new open plan and individual suits.
About You
- Experience of delivering high end refurbishment projects as either Number 1 or as part of a management team
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Experience with Fieldview
- Able to comfortably liaise with commercial team and client
- Giving Toolbox talks and Inductions
- Able to identify materials needed to enable programme to be delivered.
- Ability to effectively plan work for days/weeks
- Upholding the highest Health and Safety Standards
