I am currently recruiting for a well-established stockist and distributor based in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team as a Commercial Administrator.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain, from liaising with suppliers to handling importation processes, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers to manage orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Coordinate importation processes, including documentation and compliance.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, resolve queries, and provide updates on delivery timelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain and update supply chain systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, or customer service function.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and customers.
