We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our client based in Harrogate. In this role, you’ll be supporting a growing business with all things admin from running the office to project support.

Responsibilities: • Office admin inc supply management, organising contractors and annual checks • HR Admin including holiday management, HR reports and onboarding when needed • Organising business and social events • Supporting the team with gaining industry certifications and maintaining them • Ensuring the business is compliant with industry regulations • Website management including sourcing designers and content from the team • Collecting and processing expense reports • Supporting the team with project admin including database management

Requirements: • Experience in a similar role or working at a senior level • Self sufficient and highly organised • Ability to work to deadlines and support different projects • Great communication skills, internal and external
