Impression Recruitment are delighted to be working with a family run business who are on a fantastic trajectory of growth in their search for a Part Time Office Manager at their office in Harrogate.The client is best-known for their personable approach which has seen them build successful long-term relationships with many, offering their services across the north of England. They are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of running an office or someone with strong PA experience, as you'll also need to be able to provide some PA support and carry out basic Accounts duties when required to ensure things run smoothly in this friendly, close-knit team. Your duties as Part Time Office Manager will be: 
  • Effective management of daily business operations.
  • General office administration and maintenance to keep things progressing.
  • Providing ad-hoc PA support to the Directors.
  • Maintaining and updating customer files.
  • Timely social media updates and administration of company website.
  • Administrative support in HR matters.
Skills / qualities required: 
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager / PA position.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem solving mentality.
  • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
In return the successful Part Time Office Manager will receive a salary of £29,000 - £31,500 pro rata, working 20 hours per week, ideally across Monday's Tuesday's and Thursday's (alternative working pattern can be discussed if necessary).
