Location: Harrogate
Salary: 28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm; Friday, 7am-1pm

The Role of Production Team Leader
- Motivate the team to maintain high production levels while ensuring quality standards are met
- Ensure all manufactured products meet quality requirements
- Create work schedules for production staff
- Manage weekly and daily production plans
- Maintain stock levels of raw materials and finished goods within Production
- Develop strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce production costs without compromising quality
- Oversee recruitment and training of production staff
- Support the development of team members by providing training and updating the Production Operatives Skills Matrix accordingly
- You will be responsible for motivating the production team, ensuring productivity targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
- You will also oversee the accurate recording of daily production figures, stock levels, and monthly stock takes.
